The Support Worker will provide practical assistance and emotional support in supporting Service Users to achieve their goals and aspirations. For the Support Worker role, good written skills are required to ensure that records are accurately maintained. We offer a clear development plan, which includes a detailed training plan for all elements of the role, personal development plan, induction process, and ongoing supervision and appraisals. Additionally, support and guidance is provided for all our Support Workers to achieve their Care Certificate. Candidates should apply by forwarding their CV. Job Type: Permanent Salary: £7.83 /hour
