Swanton Care & Community Ltd currently supports over 200 people in over 25 locations throughout the UK.
We offer long and short-term residential, rehabilitation, short breaks and day services.
The people we support have a range of complex needs including Autism, Learning Disabilities, Huntington’s Disease, Acquired Brain Injury and behaviours that challenge the service. We support people aged 5-65.
Swanton respect the individuality, privacy and dignity of everyone. We celebrate the personalities and individuality of the people we support, promoting self-esteem, access to opportunities and community integration alongside the positive management of behaviours and wellbeing.
Swanton homes are at the heart of their local community. The environments we help to create are spacious, bright and homely with safe outside spaces to enjoy and explore. |
