At Swanton Care & Community the buildings are homes to the individuals who live in them. On this website, you will not find photos of their homes or internal spaces as we believe this conflicts with our approach to true person centred care; they are personal and private spaces and we respect this.
We are incredibly proud of all Swanton homes; they are thoughtfully designed or converted to accommodate specific needs and, as such, promote a more empowering and independent way of living.
Swanton homes are at the heart of their local community. The environments we help to create are spacious, bright and homely with safe outside spaces to enjoy and explore.
Our dedicated development and property services team maintain all homes to provide appropriate and up-to-date facilities.
We would encourage you to contact the manager of any of the homes you may be interested in to arrange a convenient time for you to pop round. If a room is occupied, we will always request the individual’s permission to show you around; however you will find that most people are proud to show off their own rooms! |
