Bosses have hailed the hard work and dedication of two long-serving Swanton team members as they clock up an incredible 35 years of service between them.

Michelle Williams and Fiona Moses both work at Glangarnant House in South Wales, where they’ve been working with the people we support for many years.

Deputy Manager Michelle reached her 20th Swanton anniversary in October, and Fiona celebrated 15 years of service at the same time.

Both women are described in glowing terms by their colleagues, and Regional Director Simon Rooke said they are a credit to the organisation.

Simon said: “I’d like to congratulate Michelle and Fiona on these incredible milestones. We are so glad to have them as dedicated members of Team Glangarnant.

“Michelle is an excellent leader who goes out of her way to make the people we support and her colleagues feel comfortable.

“She always goes the extra mile, and we love her enthusiasm, caring nature and how approachable she is. I know the team feel fortunate to have her as their Deputy Manager.

“Just like Michelle, Fiona is described as fun, kind and supportive by the people who work alongside her.

“As well as working directly with the people we support, she also goes over and above to create photo collages and newsletters to send to their families.

“It’s these touches that really make a meaningful difference for loved ones, and she’s somebody who always makes a special effort.

“Thank you to both Michelle and Fiona for being such shining stars here at Swanton.”
