Swanton Care and Community Limited is delighted to welcome Alina Disability Support from December 2024.
We work with NHS, Local Authorities, Clinical Commissioning Groups (CCG's) and other organisations who commission our specialist services for people who have disabilities.
Our specialist support services focus on quality, personalisation and positive outcomes for every child and person we support. We have a growing network of branches, each delivering the full range of support services caring for adults and children with condition or disabilities that effect their quality of life.
We are dedicated to making high quality homes available to people with disabilties so that everyone has a place to call home which meets their specific needs and fosters their growth within their local communities.
