Hi, I’m Kate. I’ve worked in health and social care for over 25 years, and I know just how important it is for families to feel confident that their loved ones are getting the right support.
Throughout my career, I’ve helped shape and grow services that put people first—making sure we offer high-quality, compassionate care that’s tailored to individual needs. I started out working directly with children and adults who have complex needs, and that hands-on experience has stayed with me. It’s helped guide every decision I’ve made as I moved into senior roles.
At Swanton Community Services, I’m focused on building services that feel like home—where people are safe, supported, and encouraged to live their lives as fully as possible. Helping people take positive steps toward greater independence is at the heart of what I do, and I always put the individual’s needs first. In my role, I focus on getting to know each person and their circle of support to ensure they’re matched with the right service.
