Our 24/7 Residential Service offers warm, welcoming, stimulating and safe home environments for people with a range of complex care needs including learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We constantly strive to provide homes with a relaxed atmosphere that promotes individuality, giving each person we support the right to dignity, choice, privacy, independence and champion the integration of people into the community.

We work closely with individuals, their families and other professionals to ensure that individual needs are met. We recognise and celebrate the uniqueness of every individual by ensuring a person-centred approach is adopted. We are committed to enabling personal growth now and for the future, giving each person the strongest voice with regards to decision making and lifestyle choices.
Delivering structured, skilled practical and emotional support to people with autism, our autism services are tailored to the needs and requirements of the person we are supporting. Working with the person and their support network, we listen, adapt and make changes over time to provide the right level of support to help the individual to develop skills and coping mechanisms to increase their independence.
We provide a full person centred residential based Child and Adolescent Mental Health (CAMHs) service for young people. For those experiencing difficulties with complex and often multiple needs which may include:
Emerging personality disorders
Psychosis
Paranoia
Post-Traumatic stress conditions
Attachment disorders
Other associated conditions
We see our service as offering a real alternative to secure hospital admissions and as a positive route to permanent community living.
Our residential children’s homes can provide full time (24/7) care and support as well as Respite or Short Break placements to children/young people dependent upon suitable vacancies. We specialise in supporting children and young people with complex medical/clinical and additional needs ranging from long term ventilation needs through to cerebral palsy, mobility difficulties and sensory impairments.
