Courtyard Care Service Hailed As ‘Inspirational’ After Justin Makes Amazing Progress

The work of the devoted team at a Courtyard Care service has been hailed as ‘inspirational’ after they helped *Justin make incredible progress in just twelve months.

Justin moved into the service a year ago on a solo placement and has made great progress over the past few months.

Thanks to Justin’s hard work and the team’s unwavering support, it may soon be possible for other children to move into the service with him.

He’s also thrived in his education with home tuition and may soon be able to go to school with his peers.

Independent Care Consultant Neil Johnstone visited the service to assess Justin’s progress and gave glowing feedback to the team.

Neil wrote: “Thank you for the warm welcome and the outstanding work you do with Justin.

“To see the progress made by him over the last six months is nothing short of astounding.

“I have recommended an ‘Outstanding’ [rating] in the area of overall experience of young people.

“This is not something I take lightly, but I firmly believe that the work [Courtyard Care] has carried out is fully deserving of that grading.

“Please know that the work you do at the home is inspirational. It’s not often I leave a home feeling so proud of a team, but today, I have.”

Deborah Hurley, Director of Children’s Services at Courtyard Care, said she was incredibly proud of the team.

Deborah said: “This is fantastic feedback for the team, and so well-deserved.

“It’s a testament to their hard work and dedication, and we are all incredibly proud of them.

“They are supporting Justin to make the sort of progress that is life-changing, and it’s no wonder that Neil used the word ‘inspirational’ to describe their work.”
