The winter blues were banished for lucky Roselyn last December when she took a sun-soaked holiday in Tenerife.
Roselyn, who is supported at Maesteilo Mansions, had an amazing time as she and Support Workers Anna and Magdalena experienced a trip to remember.
The name of the game was relaxation, so Roselyn took the opportunity to enjoy lazy days hanging out at the beautiful beach nearby and poolside chilling back at the hotel.
There was also ample opportunity for shopping trips, where she and the girls browsed the aisles in Tenerife’s gift shops and boutiques.
Better yet, the fun didn’t stop there, as Roselyn got to choose some delicious meals at the local restaurants and sample plenty of winning dishes.
Deputy Manager Anthony Rees said that on their return, the group couldn’t stop talking about what a fantastic time they’d had.
Anthony said: “Roselyn had been looking forward to her holiday for ages and it was so brilliant that she asked to go again this year.
“Roselyn loves shopping, so exploring a whole new host of shops was a real treat.
“She also had an amazing time on Las Americas Beach, where she enjoyed sand, sea and sunshine.
“All of the staff here were green with envy hearing about Roselyn’s travels in the Canary Islands while we were in wintery Wales!”
Having had such a brilliant time, Roselyn is already planning a return trip.
Anthony added: “We hoped Roselyn would enjoy herself, but this trip surpassed all her expectations.
“Tenerife had everything she wanted from a holiday, and she’s really excited to go back again.
“There’s no doubt in my mind that she’ll be back there sunning herself before 2024 is out.”
