The people we support have complex needs, they may have autism, learning disabilities, mental health issues or need rehab in a specialist nursing service. We provide high quality, flexible and responsive residential care and support to children and young people with complex medical and/or mental health needs and associated self-harm responses. Our aim is to provide outcome-based health and social care support in a safe, welcoming, homely and stimulating environment for children and young people.
We support children and adults with learning disabilities and other complex care needs in a place they call home. Home maybe with their family, in supported accommodation or living independently.
Everyone we support receives a service tailored to their specific cognitive, physical or mental health needs to enable each person to achieve their outcomes and live as part of their local community.
