Meet our team

Kat Zlamolova-Brown

Service Manager

I joined Values in Care in January 2022 as a Registered Manager at Prince Llewellyn Farm and 78 & 80 Westwood Drive. My experience of managing homes, ranges across community care, supported living and complex needs day services. I have joined both existing teams and had the opportunity to create and manage new homes.

I enjoy creating opportunities for people with autism and learning disabilities, empowering them to develop their skills, thus creating a sense of achievement and personal development. I am passionate about leading and developing my teams to their full potential, encouraging their growth and professional development, which in turn provides high quality person centred support.

Christopher Green

Regional Director

I joined Values in Care in February of 2012, being new to care and support I was keen to understand all of the training that I was being provided to ensure that I was delivering the best quality of care possible. This led me to further my career and start moving through the different roles such as Team Leader, Deputy Manager and Registered Manager. Whilst doing this, I complete both my Level 3 and 5 qualification in Social Care, my Trainers Qualification and become a Positive Behavioural Management Trainer. In recent years I was successful in the role of Operational Manager and this year I have been successful in procuring the role of Regional Director for Values in Care.

I have always been driven by the people we support and seeing the success and development in which they can achieve when the correct support is given. I believe this is developed by instilling good values within the team, and by fostering a great culture. Swanton Care has provided me with many opportunities, and I am passionate in ensuring these opportunities are available to all of our teams.

Kate Pearce

Chief Operating Officer for Scotland and Wales

I became a Chief Operating Officer in July 2022, prior to this I was Regional Director to Values in Care for 2 years. During my time in the social care sector, I have gained a wealth of experience, starting my career as a young Support Worker in 2003, progressing through roles such as Keyworker, Manager and Area Manager.

I have loved gaining qualifications along the way, including a Level 5 in Leadership and Management and an ILM Level 5 (The Institute of Leadership and Management), this has helped me to support the people in our care to have a better quality of life. I also have a keen interest in Positive Behavioural Support and am continuing my learning by undertaking a Diploma in this specialist area.

During my 19 years in the social care sector, I have always worked in complex homes for people with learning disabilities and autism, leading and directing teams to ensure we offer the best care possible to the people we support. Growing organically has ensured that I have great knowledge, experience and understanding in the care sector.

In my spare time I really enjoy horse riding, spending time with my family and pets.
