Our disabilities support services are available to adults and children with learning disabilities including autism, epilepsy, mental health needs, physical disabilities, and other health needs.
We work in partnership with each person’s ‘circle of support’ to make a positive and real difference in their daily lives. We focus on each person’s abilities; we are ambitious about what they can achieve and in supporting them to reach their goals.
