Business Development Manager - North
With many years’ experience in the health and social care sector, I specialise in supported living, residential, and complex care services for both adults and children. I’ve worked across the North region to successfully open new services, build trusted partnerships, and support referral growth.
I’m passionate about identifying opportunities that help people receive the right care in the right place—always with dignity, compassion, and purpose.

Business Development Manager - South
I’m a Registered Nurse for people with Learning Disabilities and have spent over 35 years supporting children and adults across a wide range of services—from schools and residential care to supported living and hospital settings.
Helping people take positive steps toward greater independence is at the heart of what I do, and I always put the individual’s needs first. In my role, I focus on getting to know each person and their circle of support to ensure they’re matched with the right service.

Business Development Manager
I’ve worked in health and social care for over 15 years, starting as a support worker and now helping families and professionals find the right support through my role in referrals and assessments.
I carry out person-centred assessments and work closely with our teams to ensure each placement is carefully planned and tailored to individual needs. I’m passionate about making transitions smooth and positive, helping people settle into services where they can truly thrive.

Business Development Manager - South & South West of England
I’m passionate about helping people take their next steps in life — whether that’s moving from a family home into supported living, leaving a hospital setting, or receiving specialised care in their own home.
I bring both operational experience and a background as a Registered Manager in Supported Living and Complex Care Services, supporting children, young people, and adults. I believe every person’s journey is unique, and I work closely with each individual and their circle of support to make every transition as smooth and positive as possible.
My goal is always the same: to help people feel safe, supported, and truly at home in their forever home.

Our 24/7 Residential Service offers warm, welcoming, stimulating and safe home environments for people with a range of complex care needs including learning disabilities, autism and behaviours that challenge. We constantly strive to provide homes with a relaxed atmosphere that promotes individuality, giving each person we support the right to dignity, choice, privacy, independence and champion the integration of people into the community.

We provide high-quality, flexible, and responsive residential care and support across the North, South, and Central regions for children and young people with a range of complex needs. This includes those with medical conditions, mental health challenges, developmental disabilities, and other support requirements. Our services are designed to offer a safe, nurturing, and structured environment where every young person is supported to thrive.

Our teams of specialist, experienced, skilled, empathetic and dedicated nurses respect the dignity and the integrity of the individuals we support who have suffered injuries through a medical condition or trauma including an Acquired Brain Injury (ABI). From supporting people in inpatient rehabilitation services to assisting them to move into community-based support, our specialist support team helps each person to rebuild their life and develop their independence.

Supported Living is defined as persons with disabilities living where and with whom they want, for as long as they want, with the ongoing support needed to sustain that choice. Aligned with our belief that everyone’s needs are different, we tailor make our support packages for each person and work closely with social services to ensure the best outcomes and wellbeing for those we support.
