We support people who are diagnosed as being on the autistic spectrum. We understand that some autistic people need little or no practical support, but require support to increase their social understanding and community network, while others may need high levels of support from experienced and skilled staff who assist the person with the everyday challenges that interaction causes them.
Autism is a developmental spectrum condition characterised by difficulties with social communication, social interaction, imagination, and sensory and emotional overload, which can lead to restricted, repetitive, or distressed behaviour. No two people experience autism the same, meaning care should be highly personalised and tailored to individual needs.

Our experienced team will offer predictability, motivation, understanding of the person's skills and where they struggle to imagine and how this affects their perception of the world, people and how they communicate this.

We work hard to understand the experiences of the people we support so that we may develop a comprehensive and personalised plan of autism support services.

Our staff are trained to adopt an approach focusing on an individual’s strengths and develop coping strategies to manage the areas they find the most difficult.
