With over 23 years of experience in various care settings, I’ve had the privilege of supporting and learning from adults and children with learning disabilities, autism, and challenging behaviour.

I joined Swanton/Courtyard in 2019 as a Team Leader and have recently progressed to Manager of Lilly House, which has undergone a stunning renovation and is set to open this year. It’s been incredibly rewarding to shape Lilly House’s vision as a nurturing, fun, and safe home where children and young people can learn, develop, and grow through creativity and play.

I am deeply passionate about the journey ahead and excited to work alongside our young people and staff, creating opportunities for everyone to thrive. Having worked hard to achieve my goals and expand my knowledge, I am committed to building strong, supportive teams that deliver exceptional care and positive outcomes for the children we support.
