Meet our team

Owen Phillips

Service Manager

I joined Courtyard Care in December 2023 as the Home Manager for Little Oaks, a residential home for up to five young people with Learning Disabilities and Autism. With over 15 years of experience in Children’s Residential Care, I have worked my way from Support Worker to Team Leader, then Deputy Manager, before becoming a Registered Manager.

I hold a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management and am currently studying for a Childhood and Youth Studies Degree. I am passionate about creating a nurturing, child-centred environment where the voice of each young person is heard and valued. My focus is on fostering progression and development, ensuring that the children and young people we support can thrive and transition smoothly into adulthood.

At Little Oaks, I am committed to leading a dedicated, high-quality team that provides a fun, safe, and secure home where young people can build positive experiences and a strong foundation for their future.
