Bio coming soon!

My career in care and support has been shaped by a lifelong commitment to supporting people with diverse needs, inspired from an early age by a close friendship with someone with Down syndrome that remains important to me today. I began working in the sector at 16 as a child and young adult outreach worker, which led to roles across mental health, learning disability services, dual diagnosis and adult supported living.
I have held a range of leadership roles, including Deputy Manager and Registered Manager, and later managed a large nursing service supporting adults with complex learning and physical disabilities. Working alongside dedicated teams, I have supported services to significantly improve quality outcomes, including achieving strong CQC ratings.
I have since progressed through senior operational roles, including Operations Manager and Head of Quality Assurance, and now serve as a Divisional Director. Alongside this, I hold a Diploma in Operations Management, further strengthening my leadership capability and strategic focus. Driven by compassion, quality and a deep belief in the potential of the people we support, my career continues to be shaped by the same passion that sparked it in childhood.
