Swanton Care Centre - Swanton House is set in delightful, mature grounds extending to some 22 acres in North Norfolk. We are registered to support up to 49 individuals within our 3 smaller separate homes, each one can offer both Residential and Nursing Care to the people we support.

I have been in senior health care positions for the last 15 years, progressing to Registered Service Manager for the last 7. I have worked within residential, nursing and community care services throughout East Anglia supporting individuals with a wide range of needs.
I have a Level 5 qualification in Leadership and Management in Health and Social Care.
I joined Swanton Care & Community in 2021 as the Registered Service Manager of Swanton House Care Centre. My aim is to provide high quality care, with a person-centred approach whilst achieving continuous improvement for the people we support and of the services we offer.
I am very proud of the team I work with; I take pride in my work as do they. We ensure that every person we support is at the heart of their care, to make Swanton House Care Centre the best it can be. Every moment really does matter and it’s our responsibility to help everyone reach their potential.
I joined Swanton Care & Community in September 2021, as the Regional Director for the East Anglian Region, since then I have had the opportunity to become the Divisional Director for the East of England.
I have been a Registered Nurse (RNLD) for over 25 years, and during that time have enjoyed a varied career within a range of settings and services at a senior level.
I have an MBA and APMP qualification.
I am proud of the team that I work with & the passion that they have for their roles and the people we support. I embrace being able to make a positive difference to the lives of the people we support and our team members.

Birch House offers specialist elderly, dementia, and nursing care.
Bluebell offers support for people with learning difficulties.
Holly Court is for people with a range of mental health concerns.
Each home has its own Home Manger overseen by a Registered Service Manager.
At our last CQC inspection we received ‘Good’ in all areas, they found a “Positive, person-centred culture” and that we “Worked well in partnership with other organisations.”
We have a fantastic team of over 90 here at Swanton House Care Centre working together to provide supportive, person-centred care to a diverse range of people with different needs.
At Swanton Care Centre - Swanton Care, we are fortunate to have our own activities hub, an arts and crafts cabin, extensive walks around the grounds, an allotment and our own chickens! Meaning we can offer a diverse range of activities based on personal choice.
We passionately support people in our care who are privately funded, commissioned through Norfolk County Council, Continuing Health Care and further afield.
