I bring over 15 years of experience in the social care sector, having started my career as a support worker in 2009. Over the years, I have held various leadership roles, which have given me a deep understanding of both the challenges and rewards of delivering high-quality care.
I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with technology companies to develop assistive technologies, and most recently, I served as a Strategic Leader overseeing 130 services across residential, respite, domiciliary, and ISL provisions. My dedication to ensuring that care is personalised and tailored to each individual’s unique needs is central to my work, and I firmly believe that every voice matters and deserves to be heard.

At The Dispensary we support 5 people with complex needs, autism, learning disabilities.
We have a vast amount of countryside on our doorstep whilst benefiting from an array of amenities only a short drive away including shops, restaurants, cinema, gyms, museums, parks, cycle paths and the coast. This offers opportunities for the people we support to lead full and active lives within the community.
