A Fresh Look for Our People We Support Forum

We’re delighted to unveil the refreshed logo for our People We Support Forum—an updated design that celebrates creativity, inclusion, and empowerment.

The logo has been carefully redesigned to make it more versatile and digitally accessible, while still honouring the original concept that means so much to the people we support. To strengthen its message, we’ve also added a new tagline: ‘Be Inspired’.

This phrase reflects the positivity and energy of the Forum, encouraging collaboration, amplifying lived experiences, and celebrating the voices of the people we support across all services.

To ensure the new design truly represents the Forum, two logo options were shared with the people we support who act as Forum representatives across the organisation. The final version was selected through a collaborative voting process—ensuring that the people at the heart of the Forum guided the decision.

The People We Support Forum is far more than a meeting. It is a platform for meaningful dialogue and co‑production, giving the people we support an active role in shaping decisions, influencing policies, and contributing ideas that make a real difference. From helping design questions for annual surveys to co‑creating interview questions for recruitment, the Forum ensures lived experience continues to shape everything we do.

Planning for the next People We Support Forum event is already underway, and we’re excited to build on the success of previous sessions. These gatherings provide invaluable opportunities to share feedback, recognise achievements, and work together to create positive change across our services.

Rob, our Chief Operations Officer, shared his thoughts on the new design:

“The refreshed design perfectly captures the spirit of the Forum—bringing people together and inspiring positive change. It’s a symbol of inclusion and empowerment, and I’m thrilled to see it represent such an important part of what we do.”

A huge thank‑you to everyone who contributed to this process. Your ideas, feedback, and enthusiasm have helped create a logo that truly represents inspiration, inclusion, and togetherness.

We’re excited to see this new logo begin its journey across our services, representing the voices, ideas, and creativity of the people we support. As we continue through 2026, we look forward to building on this momentum—strengthening the Forum, deepening collaboration, and creating even more opportunities for people to shape the future of our organisation.
