Last month, Alex — who is supported in Wales — marked his 30th birthday with a month full of joy, laughter, and unforgettable memories.
The celebrations began with a magical adventure aboard a Disney cruise, where Alex spent five days at sea with his family. He was over the moon to meet his favourite Disney characters and proudly collected autographs from each one.
Back on shore, Alex’s dad hosted a lively family party at his local pub. Surrounded by friends and loved ones, Alex’s excitement shone through as he brought everyone together to celebrate his big day.
The fun continued with a trip to London, where Alex and his mum visited the Harry Potter Studios. Exploring the famous sets and exhibits was a dream come true for Alex, who soaked in all the magic of the experience.
Finally, Alex rounded off his birthday with a smaller celebration at Ty Cornel, where he danced, sang, and enjoyed a buffet with his support staff and housemates.
Registered Manager Jo shared: “It was wonderful to see Alex so happy and full of excitement throughout his birthday celebrations. He had such a magical time with his family and friends, and we loved being able to celebrate with him at Ty Cornel too.”
