Exercise Queen Kaye Is Seriously Impressive

There’s no stopping sporty Kaye, whose exercise regime would put most pro athletes to shame!

Kaye loves nothing better than being physically active, so she has an incredible weekly activity schedule that keeps her unbelievably fit.

Over at The Hub, Kaye attends a weekly workout session with trainer Marcus Davies, who puts her through her paces.

The workouts are a combination of step exercises, boxing, spin cycling and treadmill.

Amazingly, Kaye – who is supported at The Old Vicarage - rounds off her session with one hundred star jumps.

Service Manager Naomi Davies said: “Kaye is one very active lady and loves to be busy and moving.

“Her weekly workout at The Hub is an excellent part of her routine, and it’s fantastic for her to have Marcus train her.

“She no doubt takes inspiration from that session when she hits the local gym too.”

Kaye likes to go to the local gym at least once a week, too, and she also includes swimming in the mix.

Then there’s her other weekly activity session, which will either involve trampolining or a bit of golf at the driving range.

Naomi added: “Exercise is a huge part of Kaye’s life, and it does wonders for her well-being, both physically and mentally.

“It’s hard to keep up with her when you are working with Kaye because she’s always on the move.

“On top of all of this, she’s planning to climb Pen Y Fan for the second time this summer because she enjoyed the challenge so much the first time.

“We’ll all be cheering her on because her commitment and determination are incredible and very inspiring.”
