We’re proud to launch the very first edition of Swanton Connect, our new bi-annual e-magazine that brings together inspiring stories, proud achievements, and moments of joy from across Swanton Care & Community and Courtyard Care.
This publication has been created to celebrate the incredible things happening every day across our services. From inspection successes and personal milestones to community activities and heartwarming stories from the people and children we support, Swanton Connect shines a spotlight on what makes our organisation so special.

The Marketing team added: “It’s been fantastic to bring together so many of our highlights, achievements, and activities into one place. Swanton Connect helps streamline how we showcase the very best of what’s happening across the organisation, making it easier than ever to celebrate and share our successes.”
And the excitement doesn’t stop there. As we begin work on the second edition, we’re planning to invite some of the people we support to become Content Creator representatives, helping to shape and share stories from their own perspectives — with a dedicated feature created just the way they want. We can’t wait to bring this to life, so watch this space for more updates!
