Generous Jamie Green has chosen to heap praise on his colleagues and the people he supports as he marks five years at Swanton.
The hardworking Team Leader was thrilled to receive gifts as he reached the milestone work anniversary, but wanted to turn the attention back onto others.
Jamie, who works at Pant Yr Odyn, has reflected on what his job at the company has meant to him both personally and professionally.
His poignant words have meant the world to the people who’ve been part of his journey so far.
Jamie said: “Since joining Swanton, I have thoroughly enjoyed my experience, waking up each morning with the knowledge that I am positively impacting the lives of those we support.
“The Swanton Ethos (emphasizing that ‘Every Moment Matters’) resonates deeply with me and has guided my transformation into someone I never thought I could become.
“My journey has not only influenced my professional life but has also extended into my personal life, leading to significant growth and reflection on my past.”
As part of the close-knit team at Pant Yr Odyn, Jamie has been brilliant and is working in the critical role of Team Leader.
He credits his teammates for being part of his success and bringing so much to their service.
