There were smiles at Swanton’s Maesteilo service this Spring when both Kim and Maribel received milestone congratulations.
Regional Director for Wales, Kuba Nowak, made a special trip to the service to present the two support workers with special congratulations.
Having clocked up five years of service, Kim was presented with a trophy, certificate and box of chocolates to mark the occasion.
Meanwhile, Maribel got her certificate and chocolate treats after a year in her role.
Service Manager Nathan Greenwood said both women are a credit to the service.
Nathan said: “Congratulations to Kim and Maribel for these important milestones.
“At Maesteilo, we have 60 staff, so teamwork and collaboration are vital to providing the best care possible to the people we support.
“Both Kim and Maribel are valued members of the Maesteilo family and bring their unique talents to the Support Worker role.
“Kim is an incredibly warm, nurturing and kind person. The people we support have really taken to her, and she is very funny too.
“Just like Kim, Maribel is also very kind, caring, and great with the people we support. She’s incredibly hard-working and conscientious, which is much appreciated.
“Well done to both of them on these work milestones.”
