There was no end to the delicious treats that warmed up winter at Pant Yr Odyn this year, thanks to the hard work of some keen bakers.
Simon, Taran and Keir all chose to get their aprons on recently and get mixing, and the results were terrific.
As somebody who loves being in the kitchen, Simon had a great time mixing up his chocolate cake.
For Taran, the chance to have a taste of the cookie dough was too good to resist as he also went for a bit of cocoa magic.
Meanwhile, Keir decided to push the flavour boat out by incorporating a delicious orange flavour into his cookie mix, making some seriously delicious biscuits.
Service Manager Marta Nowak said: “It’s fantastic when the people we support find an activity they enjoy so much.
“The bonus of all this baking is that we all get a chance to share in the delights.
“We’re all so proud of the boys for doing such a great job and cooking up a storm.”
According to Marta, the kitchen efforts don’t stop with baking.
Marta added: “The people we support like to cook lots of different meals.
“It’s nice to be able to support them to create the food they love and feel that sense of achievement.
“There will be plenty more cooking and baking sessions on the menu this year.”
