Three Values In Care team members are celebrating after reaching an incredible 20 years of service with the organisation.
HR Advisor Maria Hrycia, Support Worker Andrew John and Support Worker Christine Rees have all completed two decades at Values In Care.
Maria and Andrew began their Values In Care Careers at Green Gables, the service that just marked its 20th anniversary.
Andrew is now at VIC’s Sunny Hill service, while Christine supports people at Towyn Way.
Swanton CEO Gary Thompson said: “Congratulations to Maria, Andrew and Christine for 20 years of service.
“They have dedicated their careers to enriching the lives of the people we support, and we thank them so much for all their hard work.
“We’re very proud of everything they have achieved with Values In Care.”
Swanton has recently updated their Long Service Award package for employees.
Employees across the organisation receive a celebration card and a small gift for one year of service. A glass award and framed CEO-issued certificate of recognition is gifted at five years.
When employees reach 10 years of service or more, they receive the award, certificate and a £250 voucher to use on the HAPI platform.
Gary added: “The Long Service Award package allows us to recognise and celebrate the dedication of our employees.
“This award is given after every five years of continuous service and subsequently awarded every five years after that.
“We hope this shows our fantastic colleagues what their contributions mean to us.”
