Oaklands Joins The Swanton Family After Acquisition Deal

Supported living provider Oaklands is now officially part of Team Swanton and is poised for a future of continued excellence and growth following a successful acquisition.

CEO Gary Thompson credited the Oaklands’ ‘stellar reputation for delivering exceptional care and support’ as the perfect complement to Swanton’s mission.

The company, which was founded in 2019 by Debbie Stoyak, operates services in Derby City and currently supports 54 people in the area.

At present, Oaklands services are rated ‘Good’ by the CQC but are laser-focused on getting their ‘Outstanding’ rating.

As part of the Swanton organisation, Oaklands will be primed for further success.

Gary Thompson said: “We are delighted to welcome the Oaklands into the Swanton family. Their stellar reputation for delivering exceptional care and support services to adults with complex needs perfectly complements our own mission.

“This partnership allows us to expand our reach and enhance the quality of care we provide to an even broader audience.  Oakland’s dedicated team of professionals has a proven track record of promoting independence, personal growth, and community inclusion.

“Swanton Care and Community is excited to incorporate its expertise and compassionate approach into its own comprehensive range of care services central to the success of the acquisition, ensuring that the high standards of care and support will remain unchanged.”
