Success in his new role as part of South East Wales' interview panel inspired Phil to invest in a stylish suit this spring.
Phil has been doing excellent work as part of the panel of interviewers, putting potential managers through their paces.
His invaluable contribution has made Phil, who is supported at Prince Llewellyn Farm, an integral part of the recruitment process and he was keen to look the part too.
So he was supported on a trip to Cardiff, where he got fitted up for a smart suit.
Registered Manager Alfie Erten said: “Phil was really excited to go and get a new suit, so he made a day of it in Cardiff.
“He went to Slaters where he was fitted for a tailored suit which is going to look the business.
“After being measured up, Phil is heading back in a couple of weeks to pick up his new suit.”
Following his trip to the tailors, Phil stopped off for lunch in Cardiff before heading to make another purchase.
Alfie added: “What’s cooler than Phil in a suit? Phil in a suit with sunglasses!
“He loves getting dressed up to go to shows and such like, so the suit and sunglasses combo will look amazing when he’s out for a social event.
“We can’t wait to see the finished look – shades and all!”
