Swanton Unveils New Service Alignment Following Alina Acquisition

Swanton has showcased the new alignment of its group after the successful integration of Alina Disability Support into the organisation.

The new structure consolidates services into three distinctive groups – Swanton Care for residential services, Courtyard Care for children’s services and Swanton Community Services for support delivered in the community.

The former Alina Disability Support services now sit within the Swanton Community Services division and will continue to support people in their homes.

Swanton CEO Gary Thompson says the new alignment of services is an exciting new chapter for the entire organisation.

Gary said: “We’ve realigned our services to create a unified structure that reflects our commitment to providing seamless support and care.

“We were delighted to welcome our new colleagues from Alina Disability Support into the Swanton family, and now we’ve successfully integrated, it’s time to start an exciting new chapter together.

“The realignment provides clarity for everyone working in Swanton as we continue our mission to make every moment matter for the people we support.”
