We wanted to make it easier than ever for job seekers to discover the opportunities in our services across the United Kingdom. It begins with an interactive ‘is care right for me?’ quiz, which guides visitors through a series of important questions about working with the people we support and if Swanton is the right fit for you.
There is also a step-by-step guide to the application process, details of employee benefits, a frequently asked questions section and a list of current vacancies. Better still, candidates will be able to apply with ease via a host of options on the website. Our aim is to make it as easy as possible to apply for a position. Recruitment Advisor Lauren Batty said that the new website is designed to help new talent find the right role for them and provide an insight into what its like working at Swanton. Lauren said:
“Terrific candidates are out there, and we want to make it as easy as possible for them to find opportunities to build a career with us. As a dynamic, fast-growing organisation, we needed a website where new talent can find the information and inspiration needed to start an application. Our message is simple: if you are looking for a new role and think care might be right for you, please get in touch. We’d love to talk to you.”
The website also showcases the career advancement potential at Swanton. There are a series of employee stories where current Swanton people talk about their development with us. For some, it’s seen them progress from Support Workers right up to senior management roles. The new website also includes a host of resources for Swanton staff, including information on employee benefits and helpful life guides on subjects including money management.
Lauren added:
“The people who work for us are the backbone of Swanton, and their wellbeing is vitally important. When you join us, you become part of the Swanton family – that’s the culture of our organisation. We want to ensure everyone who works for us leads fulfilled, happy lives. Together, we can make a difference.”
