The sun shone for Tom when he enjoyed a fun-packed day out at Colliers Adventure Farm this March.
Tom and Support Worker Abby headed out to visit the family attraction, which offers the chance to get up close to adorable animals.
Located near the stunning Parc Penallta, Colliers Adventure Farm is home to many different farmyard favourites, including sheep, goats and alpacas.
Tom couldn’t wait to say hello to the cute creatures and learn more about them.
Abby said: “Tom absolutely loves going out for the day, and he’s a massive fan of animals.
“We were so lucky that it was incredibly warm for this time of year, and the sun was out for us.
“Tom’s favourite thing was feeding the animals, including the alpacas and baby lambs, and the farm hands at Colliers were so good with helping him to pet and feed them properly.”
It wasn’t just animal attractions that caught Tom’s eye – he also got to try out the play areas.
Abby added: “We headed over to the giant inflatable pillow they have, and Tom loved bouncing around.
“He also had lots of fun on the zip-wire and plenty of stories to tell when we got home to Maes Yr Bryn.
“Tom made sure to tell everyone what he’d been up to and showed them the photos we took.
“It was a lovely day out and the first of many fun sunny trips ahead, we hope.”
